Detector ALK

Vertical metal detector with automatic ejection is mostly used in food industry for inspection of bulk, granular and powder products in high flow tubing and piping. In vertical packing lines, the product passes through the metal detector's sensor. If the metal contaminant is detected, the automatic ejection is activated and contaminated product is automatically ejected.

ALK separator is an upgrade of CKDE pipeline metal detector with extra features such as integrated separator and is:

• easily integrated into existing pipes,
• can be integrated in horizontal, vertical or inclined vacuum and pressure conveyor pipes.
