ALK Separator with AES and Magnetic Grid

Vertical metal detector with in-built magnetic grid and with automatic ejection system (AES) is mostly used in food industry for inspection of bulk, granular and powder products in high flow tubing and piping. In vertical packing lines, the product passes through the magnetic grid that extract micron ferromagnetic metals and oxides from the product. After that, the material passes through the metal detector's sensor. If the metal contaminant is detected, the automatic ejection is activated and contaminated product is automatically ejected.

ALK separator is an upgrade of CKDE pipeline metal detector with extra features such as integrated separator with magnetic grid and is capable of:
