Automatic magnetic grate MRKA

Automatic magnetic grid is used for automatic removal of micron ferromagnetic particles and oxides from product during the production without stopping the production process. Cleaning time interval can be set so that this type of automatic magnetic grid can be used for cleaning products with a lot of ferromagnetic contamination. Due to automatic controlled discharging of captured ferromagnetic impurities and oxides it can be installed in places that are less accessible.

Suitable for granulates and dry, free-flowing powders in free-fall transport pipes. It can also be used for poorly flowing sticky/fatty powders that can cause clogging. Due to special design, it is highly recommended for the use in sugar industry - 24/7 work and special design of the revision box and extra mesh to assure better dispersal of the sugar and thus better and more efficient removal of the ferromagnetic impurities and oxides.
