MBS Magnetic Drum/Separator

MBS consist of magnetic drum and housing. Magnetic drum separator automatically removes and separates ferromagnetic particles and oxides from the material without stopping the production process.

To facilitate effortless integration into a customer's existing pipeline or process, the magnetic drum is encased within a housing, forming the magnetic drum separator.

Materials needing separation are introduced into the housing through an opening at the top. The housing is designed with two distinct outlets: one for the extraction of metallic materials attracted by the magnet and another for the discharge of non-magnetic materials. The dimensions of the drum - its diameter and length - as well as the overall size of the housing, are customizable to meet specific customer requirements.
